INFORMING ABOUT THE COST OF SERVICES

It is carried out free of charge on the basis of source data and provided documents. Informing contains information about the cost of the planned results of work for the Client. It is aimed at enabling the Client to assess the justification and necessity of applying for legal assistance. Does not include legal recommendations or consultation. It involves a preliminary assessment of the conflict of interest and the conclusion of a confidentiality Agreement.

CONSULTING / PROSPECTS ANALYSIS / WRITTEN CONCLUSION

It includes an assessment of the prospects and legal risks of the issue in question, analysis of legislation, legal  recommendations and consultation for the Client. The cost of this service is from 15 thousand tenge for 1 hour of consultation and depends on the issue, as well as the form of provision (verbally / in writing). For long-term projects (courts, bankruptcy), the cost of this service can be included in the total cost of the work.

EXECUTION OF WORK

It is set by agreement of the parties within the price rates for each type of service. The cost of performing the work covers all actions necessary to complete the task set by the Client, as well as any creative impulse of the consultant in the interests of the Client that is not stipulated in the contract for the provision of legal services. Does not include mandatory payments to the budget, notary fees, and travel expenses.

THE FEE IN THE CASE OF

Payable after the occurrence of legally significant events for a Client: receipt of property, money; the issuance of the judicial act to cancel the illegally assessed taxes or the refund of payments from the budget; the judicial act of bankruptcy, on approval of the rehabilitation plan, the settlement agreement's insolvency; making an order for the liquidation of the company, as well as the onset of certain events stipulated in the contract for the provision of legal services.
